Women's room handicap toilet had broken handle. Two other toilets on women's room not flushing properly. Had to return on 1/03/07 to pick up and install parts. Returned 1/03/07 and installed american standard pressure assisted trip lever. Replace 2 other sloan actuators in women's room. Also tighten tank to bowl nuts in all six toilets. Recommend cut and replace all nuts that are rusted, cannot tighten fully. Recommend smoke test to find sewer gas leak in women's room Recommend replace toilet in men's room handicap to right hand flush. Clean lint in main drain for laundry mat. Entered through 4" clean outs in crawl space behind washing machines with jetter. Cleaned lines towards main lint trap and lines from lint trap into building.

Company performed pipe location and leak detection and trouble shoot fixture to determine exact location of leak. Also removed bottom section of wall for visual inspection of inside of wall to minimize damage to bathroom walls and ceiling.

Company found that leak was coming from upper side of wall from upstairs water supply. Ceiling was removed to perform repair. Re-pipe entire house. 2- bathrooms, 1 kitchen, laundry room. Install cpvc 1/2 and 3/4 to all fixtures in house. Install/replace all angle stops throughout house. Labor for started and concrete. Cabled through sink drain and from vent stack. Large amounts of sand on cable. Customer wants to make repairs himself. Install customer supplied pedestal lav. And kitchen faucet. Completed work as requested. Tested ok. Also replaced fluid master in master toilet.

Rebuilt diverter on mop sink. Replaced washers and stopped leak. Removed wall mount on wash basin and replaced faucet and supply lines. Parts and labor @4hrs Advised that sink needs to be replaced and will call with price. Septic pump out Pump holding tank Shower valve (single handle moen) broken by maintenance guy. Demo tile and installed a delta single handle valve. Not responsible for tile. Toilet flange needs to be replaced. Cut out flange and replace with new flange. Customer supplied materials. Replace toilet flange and reset toilet.

Main line stoppage. Cleared through outside cleanout. Cable sink line and replace 1 1/2 p-trap Cable main line removing water closet. Televise main line. No charge. Remove water closet. Replace flange and 2' section of 3" pvc under trailer. Reinstall water closet.
Main line stoppage. Dug up about 25 feet of 4" clay sewer pipe. Placed soil to the side. Removed about 25 feet of clay sewer pipe and disposed. Dug bottom of trench. Installed new 4" pvc schedule 40 sewer main pipe. Also, installed new 2 way cleanout up to grade of soil so that it can se spotted. Found sewer main and reset all soil back into trench to cover. Installed three risers to bring access to septic to grade.

Reroute sprinkler pipe to bring cleanout to grade for access in case in case of emergency access needed. Hydro scrubbed complete house. All stocks hydro jetted. Rebuilt 2 complete w/c in master bathroom and hall bath. Faulty lift station. Lift station diagnostic
Duplex controller (with core exchange) Float switches 1 @ 150.00. After diagnostics found faulty duplex controller and multiple floats not working. By replacing duplex controller and floats proper operation restored.

Kitchen sink stoppage through cleanout on block wall. Laundry stoppage. Auger from p-trap 5/8" cable, pulled back metal wire. Fabric and grease, did not clear. Auger from kitchen c/o and pulled back the same was able to partially clear. Auger 2 more times with 7/8' cable, flow is better, but not good. Recommend replace old cast iron 1 1/2 waste with improper connections to 2", run along side of house to new sewer or camera inspect check and advise. Installed new 100 natural gas water heater lochinvar.

Hydro scrubbed drain system, main line has no clean out. Need to replace sewer line has belly and root intrusion. Pump 4 loads @ 4,000 gallons (16,000 gallons). Replaced two shut off valves (angle stops). Installed two strainers and continuous waste on kitchen sink. Hooked up supply. Cabled laundry waste through trap and use blow bag to flush out line. Repair broken pvc pipe at drive. Lowered 3/4 cpvc water main at edge to prevent cars running over shallow pipe.

Shower valve would not get hot. Switched intervals. Augured master bath toilet. Ordered parts to rebuild k/s faucet and replace sprayer and hose and cartridge for faucet. Ran pistol machine thru trap adapter with no results. Ran k-60 cable thru vtr, ran 60'. Stoppage cleared. Did several sink loads to test. Drains great. Men's h/c urinal and women's h/c toilets flush valves running. Rebuilt both flush valves. Men's urinals overflowing and women's middle toilet tank not filling. Snaked out mans urinals. Adjusted women's toilet fill valve.

Replaced 4 stops in kitchen. Dishwasher cr19, hot and cold cr19, refrigerator cr19 1 septic cleanout, drain field failure. Drainfield compacted. Remove water closet and cable line. Jackhammer section of concrete floor. Replace offset flange. Concrete floor and replace section of tile. Re-install water closet. Main line stoppage. Cabled main line stoppage from water closet flange by pulling toilet and cabling with general speed rooter 91 7/8" cable machine to clear stoppage. Video inspection of main line shows root intrusion in line approx 28' from flange. Requires replacement of old comprises cast iron drain lines and replacement of new sch 40 pvc drain lines 30' including new way cleanout installed above grade.

Hydrojet through exterior cleanout as well as flush through floor drains throughout kitchen and wash area. Many large pieces of grease buildup were passed through. Main problem area is between corner wash basin and floor drain near door. Unable to determine if any back pitch due to heavy flow of wash water. Leak from water treatment system under kitchen sink. Repair leak at supply line and eliminate the osmosis water treatment system. Pipe separation of drain line in wall access through kitchen cabinet to repair pvc separation. Cut existing pipe back and replace coupling fittings as well as new pvc pipe to traps.

Cabled through outside clean out 100' Could not clear. With further investigation, i found that the dunkin doughnut near by was backing up. I worked around the building and found that the lift station was in failure. Dunkin doughnuts called their tech to take care of the problem. Install 300sqft ads drain field system includes labor, materials, tractor fee and permit. Cable clean out from outside. Found root intrusion and collapsed pipe under house. Cabled toilet, all clear, video inspected, needs jetting. Jetted from roof vent and sink video all clear. Augured handicapped toilet in ladies room. Replaced diaphragm handicapped flushometer and handle kit and vacuum breaker.

Augured men's room toilet. Cabled floor drain on cook line (broken). Replace flushometer in men's room. Toilet is leaking from base. Pull and reset toilet. Install new wax ring and flange bolts to stop leak. Leak in pex pipe under trailer home. Made repair and have no leaking but cannot warranty due to outdated materials. Cabled through clean out under kitchen cabinet. Removed some hair and considerable amounts of grease. Recommend hydrojet service to clean out drain line. Earring in sink. Remove p-trap to recover earring. Cabled sanitary thru 2' c/o pvc downstream into mainline, cleared blockage.

Jet main line to remove clog in main line. Septic Pump Out 3 valve shower valve with cut out access panel. Rebuilt all 4 toilets. Tested OK. Found broken galvanized waste arm in block wall. Broke wall and replaced with PVC. Also added cleanout. Tested O.K. Cleared entire kitchen waste. Also camera inspected and found no other problems. Septic Pump Out

Install new kitchen faucet. remove old faucet. Remove 2 old poorly working toilets and supply lines. Replaced with new customer supplied Kholer, one piece elongated white china toilets. Including new supply lines wax ring bolts and seats. Adjust level and test. Jet main line with Harben high pressure drain cleaning technology through outside cleanout in rear of building 68. Septic Pump Out Pump septic out Pump septic tank Jetting of roof vent in units 114 & 124. Kitchen remodel. Disconnect four angle stop and g.d.

Floor drain under tortilla chips clogged.Ran 20' of 7/8 cable though 3" floor drain pulled bags, plastic cup lids and straws. Cleared strainer out as well. Company opened shower valve, remove handles, stems and seats. Need to replace complete rebuilt on body and stems. Company checked on water separate in tire center. Cabled through trap arm on lavatory in hall bath.

High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Company hydroscrubbed main line in and out of main under house and toward lateral. Also video inspection was performed in order to determine the cause of the stoppage ( large amounts of grease and debris). Septic Pump out. Drain field falling Made repair to 1/2" copper line. Cabled K-waste line full of grease. Replaced 1 rusted sink faucet in a very tight area. Replaced supply line to all faucets. Septic Pump Out Replaced approx. 30ft of 3" cast iron main line to septic tank with 4" SCH 40 PVC. Pulled and reset both toilets. Tank appears that it has settled. Raised inlet pipe to correct problem. Everything appears to be working properly at this time.

Broken angle stop and supply line.Removed old broken supply line and angle stop and replaced with new braided supply line and angle stop in master bath. Main line stoppage. Cabled 60' cleared blockage. Busted water heater. Diagnostic charge. Cabled dishwasher line.Install new sink strainer connection. Jet main line 64' to clear blockage. Multiple leaks. Tighten one handle on deep sink. Move handle on one hand sink. Install screws to floor drains. Plunge one bar sink and add extension to drain.

Cabled out both bathroom sinks, also cabled out the tub drain. Installed 1 1/4" rubber Fernco to stop sink drain from leaking. Replace wax ring for one toilet, check out seats on shower valve. Replaced seals on hot and cold side of shower valve. Pulled and rest toilet with new wax ring casket to stop leaking at base. Check dosing tank. Re-strapped float Septic Pump Out Install waste assembly & supply lines for hall bath lav sink. Broken pressure regulator valve. Chipped away block wall to expose enough pipe to make proper connection. Connect pressure regulator valve to existing CPVC. Install one customer supplied Delta faucet

Kitchen sink backed up. Removed disposal under sink and p-trap. Ran 100 machine down cast iron drain. OK. Rusted and grease after running machine out 20'. Broken toilet flapper. Replaced toilet flapper with fluid master flapper. Toilet stoppage. Augured toilet 6' and cleared blockage. If continues, recommend new toilet High water bill. Replaced two flappers and two fill valves in toilets in units C and # 2. Recommend replacement in all units due to age and wear.

Broken water main. Make swing joint repair using 3/4" PVC at meter to reconnect water service. Broken copper pipe @ manifold. sweat 2 copper joints from 1/2 to 3/4" inch at manifold for w/h feed. 3 buildings completely stopped up. Attempted to cable through outside cleanout at 518 Richlyne Rd. Apt B., no relief. Found manhole cover approximately 600' from cleanout submerged and spewing brown sewage water. Contacted city workers and found that it is the customers responsibility. Requires immediate pump out and jetting to relieve.

Leaky faucets in hand wash and service sink. Made repairs for 2 sink faucets in kitchen sink and hand wash faucets. Replacing gaskets, spring washers and diverter. Tighten handles and jet. Replace 2 schwepering floor drains. Replace drain in battery dept in warehouse. Jack hammer floor removing existing drain. Install schwepering drain. Patch concrete with 5000 PSI concrete. Replace floor drain in cooler by roll up door. Jack hammer floor and install schwepering drains. Patch floor with 5000 psi concrete. Repair broken 1/2 copper cold water under house. Replaced with new copper 1/2.

Materials for job. Cut out old galvanized pipe about 2 feet to copper main line 3/4 replaced with 3/4 copper and new meter coupling. Grease line and sanitary line backing up. Man hole backing up in street. Called city to to take care of the problem. Jetting Service. Jetted main line, Apt. 13721 Closet auger upstairs toilet. Replace angel stop. Apt. 13717 Closet auger upstairs toilet. Replace angle stop. Cable downstairs shower stall. Install 20 feet of 3 inch from line back to tank.

Replace Moen cartridge for bar faucet in pool area. Replace 2 outside hose bibs outside thread @$25 each. Sweat on 1 new outside hose bib, install female fitting and thread on new bib. Cut wall under laundry box and cut out old hose bibs. Sweat on new section with female fitting and thread on new hose bibs hot and cold. Ran 7' of 7/8 cable thru clean out I found and exposed. Ran camera and saw last 3' had backfill. Dug up end of sewer, had to correct fall patch with concrete and backfill dirt. Also installed a riser for clean out ground level. Installed a Badger 5 GD.

Septic Pump Out 2000gal of septic removed Septic tank cleanout Installed new Kohler power flush toilet. Installed new offset oak flange to make toilet fit right. Cut tile and cemented to make fit right. Tub clogged. Cleared stoppage with hand machine. Boiler supply is leaking at McKay Hall.Repipe cold supply @ boiler in 2" copper as requested. Tested OK. Replaced 3 flappers. Adjusted one ball valve. Toilet leaking. Replaced right angle valve and supply hose. Replaced almond color elongated water closet and seat X 21.6 G.P.F. water closets water saver

Fixed leaky pipes under crawl, copper, made repair with shark bite Hook up new dishwasher supply and drain. Install kitchen sink and faucet, traps, and water shut off. Installed a Delta single lever faucet through kitchen cabinet. Company agrees to install to existing 2" cast iron pipe with 2" PVC trap and riser to washer box. Run two 1/2" copper lines or CPVC which ever is suitable to code to washer box. Company agrees to pull permit.Cable and mini-jet all floor drains in kitchen and mop sing out back. Pulled back rock from mop sink and miscellaneous debris from floor drain. Cable womens room floor drains. Closet auger 2 toilets in womens room. Replace handle and flapper, Jer main grease line via grease trap under building. Pulled out grease and bebris. Jet sanatary cine via cleanout.

Pump septic tank Cleaned sewer line and out from motor home to sewer line and reconnected pipe. Company tried to cable line, could not clear stoppage. Remove loose W/C, ran cable and used camera for visual inspection on sewer line. Found that urinal build up and some type of solid was causing restriction in line. Spoke with Sam to let him know that I would need to hydroscrub to get the bathrooms to stay operating correctly. Women's toilet is running. Rebuilt flushvalve with diaphragm and washers.
